This allowed the direct comparison of morphogenetic protein localization patterns as a function of cell age as imaged by phase contrast and fluorescence wide field microscopy. We have analyzed the spatio-temporal localization patterns of many of these morphogenetic proteins by immunolabeling the wild type strain MC4100 grown to steady state in minimal glucose medium at 28☌. Longitudinal growth of the cell envelope and synthesis of the new poles are organized by two protein complexes called elongasome and divisome, respectively. The rod-shaped Gram-negative bacterium Escherichia coli multiplies by elongation followed by binary fission.

And full range for signed and unsigned integers. Maybe it helps that range is +/-100 for FP. I forgot to say for FP I need -#.# format, without leading zeros, and only - in front if negative. If i could change data formats I would, but I can't. So I can put data at right place, call some address and then get ASCII string back. Program should start at predefined address and use predefined ram. 
One other thing that crossed my mind is to create small program that convert data from X ram location to ASCII and store it in ram on Y location in some other programming language that support FP. I have about 30K of code space, for implementing 32 bit FP to ASCII converter, and 64bit Integer do ASCII. There is no need for any other calculation, except converting it to ASCII string. There is few data format which need to be displayed. Now it need to display data received via serial port.
