The water was a cold 38 – 40 0 Farenheit. But the highest it got on the river was about 48 0 around 2 P.M. The day was supposed to be at 55 0 by 3 pm in the afternoon. As I say, “Some days you have the river and some days the river has you.” Today was one of the latter ones.
